Service Description

Join Stephanie Chavez to create a seemingly simple pendant that will progress through a series of engaging steps. We’ll start by making a unique texture plate that yields a variety of textures with single roll, then build the foundation for a silver 'river.' After torch-firing the pendant, we'll inlay it with stunning turquoise stones. In the finishing process, you'll learn the flush stone inlay technique, revealing the silver stepping stones. Join us for a fun and rewarding experience creating your own unique masterpiece. Material Kit - $60.00 (due to instructor at start of class). Kiit includes: fine silver metal clay, a set of inlay stones, sanders, written instructions, glues and other consumable supplies used during the class. **General tools students will need to bring: Basic Metal clay tool kit (Roller, non-stick work surface, needle tool or awl, playing cards or depth measuring slats, glazed ceramic tile, Xacto knife, water mister, release agent, tweezers, sanding papers). * Please see our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: • Students are not considered registered for a class/workshop until CJS receives full payment of tuition. Space is limited to 10 bench seats and therefore NO REFUNDS will be given for any workshop, payment or deposit, once a bench seat is booked. We understand that life happens. In the event that you have to cancel your attendance at one of our workshops or classes, we will hold your workshop fee for six months, to be applied to another workshop or class of your choice. If you do not show for a workshop, class or event and do not reach out to us, you will forfeit your payment. • Refunds are only given in the case that CJS must cancel a class/workshop. In the event that a class does not meet the required number of students, CJS reserves the right to cancel the Convenience Fee: A 2.9% convenience fee is added to all online transactions.
