All custom jewelry sales are final unless you receive your item damaged. You must contact us upon receipt and we must receive the item back within 7 days. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to Charmtree Jewelry Studio, LLC.

If you wish to return your jewelry kit you must first contact us to explain why either by email: charmtree@verizon.net and in the subject line type RETURN REQUEST or by calling us at 443-249-3338. You will be responsible for the return shipping and we must receive your return within 7 business days, to issue a full refund. The item must be unopened and in it's original condition.

Your item/s will be shipped when they are completed and sent either through the USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your item. Thank you!
